What's your background and experience?
Starting out studying psychology, moving into web development and UX Design, and then finally to UX Research, I have taken an unorthodox and unique path as a researcher.
This path has given me a unique perspective that allows me to understand and interact with wide varieties of people, specializations, and disciplines. Additionally, having worked with both startups and the largest tech companies, I am able to be agile and flexible in my approach to research - able to scale up or down to match the unique circumstances of each project and product.
With a past career in non-profit operations, I have a knack for efficient and effective processes. I know the principles of lean operations and project management which allow me to build out research operations where none exist and to make sure I'm allocating my resources for most impact.
Who inspires you?
Both personally and professionally, I am inspired by those who bring authenticity and empathy to thier craft, whether they are a researcher, author, musician, or playwright. These people inspire me to be more daring, compassionate, and hilarious:

What has been the impact of your previous work?
As a researcher, I take pride in being a valued teammate and approachable leader. The pride I take in my work has created organization-wide impact on products used by millions every day. It feels amazing to get feedback that my research has been impactful and my attention to detail and craft has been noticed by those I admire.
